If you know Realtors personally, it's easier to share SOC with them using the tools I recommend here. However, my team has been having great success Sponsoring Realtors as customers and distributors long distance in the US and Canada. Here's the simple formula.
- Locate Realtors on the internet. I search for ReMax, Century 21, Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker etc and then choose a state. I then start selecting cities and look for Realtors with several listings. That tells you that they are active and they are spending a lot on advertising.
- Send them a card using their picture and if you've talked to them, send Jim McCord's book from the gift section "Revolution in Real Estate Sales."

- I made a marketing blog using blogger that I also send in text message or messenger on FB www.realtormastermind.blogspot.com
- You can also send this link. Click on one of the posts, copy the url from your address bar and share with a prospect, but tell them to not click any of the links but get back with YOU.
